    High Court judge retires early after plagiarism scandal / CUHK's first cross-border clinical trial centre in Nansha / HKU president steps down / More non-local student applied for HK universities

    On this programme, we chat with a legal sector lawmaker to look into the plagiarism scandal that made a High Court judge retire early.

    We then learn more about the Chinese University of Hong Kong's first cross-border clinical trial centre in Nansha. The venue is said to further medical studies and develop the Greater Bay Area into an international hub for medical innovation.

    After the break, with University of Hong Kong President Zhang Xiang set to step down in 2028 after a decade in charge, an education expert joins us to discuss what his successor should focus on next.

    And to wrap up the show, a lawmaker gives his take on the non-local university student quota rising to 50 percent for the new school year. We find out how this policy change fits into the government’s blueprint to turn the city into a premier global education hub.
