On this programme, we first speak with the director of the first Wealth Management Academy led by the University of Hong Kong Business School on how to nurture the next generation of wealth management professionals, while fostering knowledge exchange across the industry.

Then, a doctor tells us how elderly patients suffering from dementia and cognitive decline can become less agitated after listening to their favourite songs.

After the break, we turn our attention to AI as a former Anthropic researcher warned that the unchecked race to build self-improving super intelligence could destroy humanity by the end of the decade.

And to wrap up the show, we look into a study by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong that uncovered how the brain dynamically manages and reorganises its neural resources when learning to multitask.

After the break, a professor from the University of Hong Kong will tell us how he and his team had successfully developed a deep-learning algorithm that will significantly improve the detection of cancer mutations.
