    Orbis v HKU anti myopia initiative / LCSD's "three major ball games" sports day / Belt and Road Summit recap

    On this programme, we look at how Orbis and the University of Hong Kong have joined hands to address the city's growing myopia crisis and its long-term health burden.


    Then, we hear from a Leisure and Cultural Services Department official on how the government's "three major ball games" sports days can encourage residents to participate in team sports.


    And to wrap up the show, we speak with the Commissioner for Belt and Road to recap the Belt and Road Summit that brought together global business leaders and government officials to explore cross-regional trade and multilateral collaboration.

    Po Pin Chau hiking trail registration scheme / 828 JoyYou Fest / HKMU's first student hostel / Food Grace Mid-Autumn campaign

    On this show, we first looked into a trial reservation system that will be implemented in Po Pin Chau in Sai Kung from September 5 to October 7. How will this better manage visitor numbers and flow during Mid-Autumn festival and the National Day Golden Week?

    Then, we learned all about the annual 828 JoyYou Fest that will kick-off tomorrow to encourage local spending and social engagement among senior citizens.

    After the break, the vice president of the Hong Kong Metropolitan University told us about the institution's first student accommodation, which is one of the first fully converted student hostels under a government scheme.

    And finally, we spoke with a professor to find out more about a survey on food assistance programmes for grassroots families.
