On this programme, we speak to the chief judge of this year's Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection to find out what common traits were shared among the nine awardees and how they empower and inspire young people. We also chat with one of the winners to hear first-hand what the award means to him.
After the break, we look into a survey that found secondary school students showing confidence in the ethics and digital tools of artificial intelligence, but fall short when it comes to creative application. What exactly does this tell us?
And to wrap up the show, we learn how companies in the United States are adapting to AI risk. It comes amid growing calls for safeguards, as US President Donald Trump pushes for the tech industry to regulate itself through voluntary agreements.

Policy Address review - Housing / Education

    主持人:Philip Wong and John Bruce

On this programme, we focus on Hong Kong's first five-year plan and the policy address delivered by Chief Executive John Lee.

A panel of experts join the show to talk about the plan to advance the housing and economic development of the Northern Metropolis, with a target of building over 70,000 housing units in the coming five years, while the residential unit size requirements will also be raised.

The government also aims to increase the public housing supply to 196,000 flats in the next five years, so the waiting time for public housing can be shortened to less than four years by 2030.

After the break, we'll discuss how authorities plan to speed up the development of three university towns in the Northern Metropolis. They will be located in San Tin, Hung Shui Kiu and Ta Kwu Ling, and each one will have a distinct focus that encompasses the five elements of education, technology, industry, talent and urban development.
