On Friday’s Brunch, just after 10am Cruz is joined by Shalini Mahtani, founder of The Zubin Foundation, to discuss the experiences of ethnically diverse children with special educational needs in Hong Kong’s government schools. Then after 10:30am, Cruz speaks with Professor Liona Poon from The Chinese University of Hong Kong about Preeclampsia Awareness Month, maternal health, and why early detection and prevention remain so important in pregnancy care. And after 11:30am, entrepreneur and vertical farming pioneer Jessica Fong from Common Farms joins the programme to discuss local food systems, urban agriculture and the future of sustainable farming in Hong Kong.
