He’s just released his new album, Where The Walls Crash Down, and he’ll be chatting about the record and playing some live music too. After 11, with the kids heading back to school, we’ll be chatting about boundaries, independence and how to keep those family connections strong with mindful parenting. Clinical psychologist Dr. Quratulain Zaidi joins Shazia.
