    After 10:30am, Cruz is joined by author, advocate, rower, and youth mentor Arshay Cooper to talk about his extraordinary journey from Chicago’s West Side to inspiring young people through his story. Then at 11am, Cruz chats with Lisa Moore, Senior Director of Research and Advocacy at The Women’s Foundation, about the upcoming Visible Women Wikipedia Edit-a-thon and why documenting women’s stories online is key to building a more inclusive digital world. After 11:30am, Cruz is joined by Professor Achim Czerny from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to discuss aviation economics, global travel trends, and how the industry is evolving in a changing world.

    Just after 11am, Cruzie is joined by Manoj Dhar, Co Founder CEO of IBEL, to talk about how the organisation has grown to support underserved ethnic minority students in Hong Kong, the needs they are addressing through education and language, and wider conversations around belonging, inclusion, and the importance of respectful, accurate language.
