Panda fever is gripping Hong Kong – thanks to the birth of twin cubs in August and the arrival a month later of two more of these national treasures as gifts from the central government.
The SAR is now home to six pandas, and that’s led to calls for the city to leverage them and develop a so-called “panda economy”.

As the People's Republic of China celebrates its 75th anniversary, Hong Kong’s role in national development is taking centre stage.
A China strategist and former senior Hong Kong government official, Andrew Leung, says Chief Executive John Lee’s administration is expected to continue to leverage the strengths under the One Country, Two Systems principle towards further integration and collaboration.
He also made it clear the SAR can contribute to the country by telling the good story of Hong Kong.
Mr Leung shares his thoughts with Frank Yung.
