At 1:25 Chef Jason Black is back, live from South Africa, for a chat about the food of New Orleans. He lived and worked there for some years, so expect 'the word' on this rich, spicy, full of flavour cuisine from and one of the great eating cities of the world.

Happy Friday, and welcome to The Brew. At 12:10 it’s Marshy Movie Time with backstreet critic James Marsh. We’ll remember Tim Curry, the unforgettable Dr Frank-N-Furter from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Dolly Parton, the superstar singer who lit up the screen in films like 9 to 5 and Steel Magnolias, both of whom passed away very recently. There’s some James Bond chatter on the wires too. And, oh yes, he might even get round to reviewing something.
