At 1:25 Neil Runcieman joins us live from Ho Chi Minh City. He’s just got a car, so he’s been discovering the rules of the road, Saigon style. Get too close to the car in front and the cameras can sting you for about half a month’s salary, trucks thunder down the outside lane at night like they own the place.
