To encourage organisations to support the employment of persons with disabilities and promote an inclusive and caring workplace culture, Radio Television Hong Kong and the Labour and Welfare Bureau have jointly produced a television special titled "Career Beyond Barriers".

By documenting real-life stories from the awardees of the “Caring Employer” Medal 2025, the programme showcases the work talents of persons with disabilities, as well as how caring employers help them integrate into the workplace. The programme also invites celebrities who care about the disadvantaged — Jennifer Yu, Jason Chan, Babyjohn Choi, and Sofiee Ng — to serve as “companions”. They join persons with disabilities in their working environments, experiencing firsthand their work capabilities.

The programme covers employment stories of persons with disabilities across various industries, including public utilities, social enterprises, catering, retail, property management, large theme parks, and creative industries, allowing the public to understand how caring employers build inclusive workplaces together with persons with disabilities.
