    Presenters:Brian Wong and Rainbow Leung

On Friday's Backchat, we talked about the National Day Golden Week holiday, which started on Wednesday. The city attracted a whopping 220,000 mainland visitors on the first day of the eight-day holiday.

After the break, we learnt more about sustainable maritime fuel bunkering, after the world's first methanol dual-fuel-powered car carrier vessel recently set sail from Hong Kong. The ship is on its maiden voyage to Europe.

And to end the show, we found out how staff in the hospitality industry should handle unusual and tense situations with customers, after a video went viral of a pair of diners bagging raw food at an all-you-can-eat restaurant.
