    On this programme, we speak with experts to find out what they expect from the SAR’s first Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address this year.

    After the break, the chairman of the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health tells us why cigarette packs will have to get a plain look starting in March next year.

    And finally, we turn our attention to golf as Liv Golf has recently filed for bankruptcy protection after losing the backing of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. How can the tour bounce back?

    Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank HK office / Muse Fest HK 2025 / Expanded mainland visa measures

    On Thursday's Backchat, we spoke to an expert about a recent announcement by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank - or AIIB - to set up an office in Hong Kong.

    Chief Executive John Lee welcomed the move, saying the SAR will help support it by leveraging the city's financial advantages, such as our vibrant capital markets, world-class professional services and diversified products.

    We then found out how Hong Kong is celebrating the birthdays of six museums in the city. This year's 'Muse Fest HK' includes over a hundred programmes that will take place throughout the month.

    After the break, we learned more about the benefits brought by new measures that will expand the scope of talent visas as well as boost smart customs clearance at entry ports to the mainland.
