    APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting / CUHK's Potato Turned Rice project / Cyclone risk in inland regions

    On this programme, we look back at the Apec Finance Ministers' Meeting that took place in Hong Kong. The two-day meeting that focused on fiscal policies, financing for digital infrastructure and exchanges among young finance professionals.
    After the break, a professor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong tell us how they turned potatoes into rice to to boost food security and combat intestinal inflammation.
    And to wrap up the show, we learn how inland regions are facing more disaster risk caused by tropical cyclone rainfall.

    On today's programme, we took a closer look at the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Nigmatovich Aripov's official visit to Hong Kong earlier this month. We also looked ahead to Chief Executive John Lee's upcoming visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to explore more business opportunities.
