'Brunch' is packed full of radio goodness. We've got human interest stories, social issues, wellness, the latest on what’s happening around Hong Kong, and plenty of your favourite music.
Happy Thursday Brew! On the show today, we kick things off at 12:10 with another 'Brewed in HK', as John Prymmer brings us more awesome tracks and a few dates for your diary from the local music scene. Then, at 1:25, Chef Jason Black joins us live from South Africa. Today's recipe is 'Poule au Pot', which sounds beautifully glamorous, but is literally just French for 'chicken in a pot'. Yes, the world's most poshly named chicken soup. Do ask him any of your foodie questions below.

On Thursday’s Brunch, just after 10am Cruz is joined by Karen Bongrain from Lumivoce to celebrate the organisation’s 10th anniversary and explore how voice, storytelling and creativity can bring people together across cultures and communities. At 11, we have the first of a new segment, Check-in, with Radio 3’s Alishiba Matloob, talking to two DSE candidates, Majeed Ahmad Raza and Butt Hassan Ahmad about their experience with DSE as they are waiting for their result day. Then at 11:30am, Cruz chats with landscape architect Gavin Coates from The University of Hong Kong about the upcoming Planting Knowledge seminar, and how reconnecting with nature can help address “nature deficit disorder.”
