This morning on Brunch, after 10 Redress Design Award 2026 first prize winner, Jon Liesenfeld, is in studio to chat about sustainable fashion and the designs that saw him claim top honours this week. Then after 10:30, we’re talking coffee craft, culture and community with Oscar Venhuis who joins us to share the story of Tai Peng Roasters, the specialty coffee brand he and his wife roast on Lamma Island. After 11:30, Professor Ben Horton, Dean of the School of Energy and Environment at CityU, joins us to discuss his global research and what it means for Hong Kong in the midst of the climate crisis.
