Happy sunny Monday, and welcome to The Brew. We'll change things around a little today by welcoming our friend and New York correspondent Tracy Quan right at the top of the show. As usual, Tracy comes to you live from the Big Apple with all of her week's coming and goings. Doug Woodring is on tour again so he will probably be back with us next week. At 1:25, we're off to Vietnam for our weekly chat with Bureau Chief-at-large Neil Runcieman. Join him live on Facebook live if you can. Every weekday afternoon from 12:05 until 2... Only on Radio 3
