    Today on The Brew, we're kicking off with Brewed in HK right after the midday news. John Prymmer joins us live from Cleveland, USA, to put another spotlight on our local music scene, featuring tracks from The Red Stripes, Occasionally Soft, Deborah, and Warrior Monk—plus he'll fill us in on the best local live gigs to catch over the next few days. Then at 1:25, we're crossing over to South Africa for our regular Thursday cooking spot with dough boy-in chief, Chef Jason Black, who tells us exactly how to get that perfect, deep flavor into a nutty wheat sourdough. check out the recipe below, and do pop any questions in 'comments'.
