Dukas's The Sorcerer's Apprentice opens this concert in late-Romantic sonic splendor. Unsuk Chin contributes to the programme with Puzzles and Games, a set of songs arranged from her first opera Alice in Wonderland - a cosmos of sonic illusions and absurd wit featuring soprano Siobhan Stagg. The concert culminates in dance-like drama with a suite from Prokofiev's ballet Romeo and Juliet selected by Elim Chan who conducts the Staatskapelle Dresden.

音樂會先以杜卡的《魔法師的弟子》揭開序幕，展現晚期浪漫主義的瑰麗管弦音色。韓裔作曲家陳銀淑則帶來《謎題與遊戲》，作品改編自其首部歌劇《愛麗絲夢遊仙境》中的歌曲，由史廸格擔任女高音，交織出一個充滿幻象與荒謬幽默的音色世界。指揮陳以琳會帶領德累斯頓國家樂團，演奏浦羅歌菲夫的《羅密歐與朱麗葉》組曲，以舞蹈般的節奏與戲劇張力，為音樂會劃上圓滿句號。
