A working group has been tasked with coordinating policy efforts to boost consumption, promote gerontechnology, and enhance financial arrangements among seniors.
After the break, we found out about the recent steps unveiled by the Labour Department and Occupational Safety and Health Council to address working in hot conditions. It comes on the heels of the death of a 42-year-old construction worker who’s believed to have suffered from a heat stroke.
And rounding out the show, we talked to an expert on what can be done to improve gut health, after a recent report showed a surge in inflammatory bowel disease in the city.
