    Presenters:Philip Wong and John Bruce

On this programme, we speak with a lawmaker and an expert to learn more about the city's labour market. Authorities earlier said they had been conducting an analysis on AI's impact on Hong Kong's overall labour market. To wrap up the show, we look into research that's found that brisk interval walking once a week can significantly boost body fat reduction and cardiorespiratory fitness in adults with abdominal obesity.
