Authorities earlier said they had been conducting an analysis on AI's impact on Hong Kong's overall labour market. The study will be incorporated into the mid-term update of Manpower Projections, which is expected to be released at the end of this year.

To wrap up the show, we look into research that's found that brisk interval walking once a week can significantly boost body fat reduction and cardiorespiratory fitness in adults with abdominal obesity.
