Just after 10:30am, Cruz speaks with Cherisse Kofod, founder of Cherry Bobbins, about size inclusivity in fashion, the myths we’ve been sold about body shapes, and why most clothing is only designed for a fraction of women.

Then at 11:30am, Cruz is joined by Rocky Chow from Rugby for Good, a charity using sport as a powerful tool for social inclusion — supporting young people and building confidence, resilience and community through rugby.
