'Brunch' is packed full of radio goodness. We've got human interest stories, social issues, wellness, the latest on what’s happening around Hong Kong, and plenty of your favourite music.

After 11, Cruz is joined by coach and leadership facilitator Charlotte from Unleash Infinite Potential to talk about overcoming the 'midyear hump' as we head into that part of the year still seems to stretch endlessly ahead.
