Christine talks about how her cooking is deeply rooted in Hong Kong’s rich culinary traditions and what inspires her. After 11.30am, Raphael Blet will be in the studio to talk about the top stories of the day from Backchat and give us an insight into what’s coming up on the show tomorrow.
