The Brunch week begins the week with Andrew Dembina sitting in for Noreen today. At 10.10am, in Marcy Trent Long’s weekly Trash Talk interview, she speaks with Jorge Wong, founder of The Loops Hong Kong, about its door-to-door recycling efforts since 2019.  After 11, we meet Jessica Ng – founder and artistic director of Opera Box, a local western-style operatic production company that encourages less formality from its audience – including welcoming children under the age of three into the audience, and performances that invite attendees to fall sleep; we’ll also hear from a repeat audience member who’s experienced the latter.
