The SOW Readathon is a territory-wide reading scheme which promotes reading habits and encourages the sharing of good reads, with students completing “Reading Challenges”. Schools who registered will recruit SOW Reading Ambassadors and organise an array of English learning activities within and beyond the classroom. Each participating student is given a Reading Challenge Booklet, which contains a number or Reading Challenges of different levels of difficulty and nature, such as participating in a SOW activity, reading a story of resilience and buddy reading.
