Over the last few weeks, there's been a lot of discussion in the tech world over Open-AI's latest large language model, GPT-5.

While some are hailing the upgrades as a major leap forward -- especially in areas like coding and accuracy -- others feel the chatbot has become too "cold and distant".

The backlash even forced the San Francisco-based artificial intelligence firm to bring back the more human-like GPT-4o to paid users, and roll out updates to make GPT-5 more "warm and friendly".
