Every weekday from noon, The Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music.
Happy Thursday Brew! On the show today, we kick things off at 12:10 with another 'Brewed in HK', as John Prymmer brings us more awesome tracks and a few dates for your diary from the local music scene. Then, at 1:25, Chef Jason Black joins us live from South Africa. Today's recipe is 'Poule au Pot', which sounds beautifully glamorous, but is literally just French for 'chicken in a pot'. Yes, the world's most poshly named chicken soup. Do ask him any of your foodie questions below.

Welcome to Wednesday on The Brew. Our friend and New York correspondent, Tracy Quan, will be with us right after the 12 news. She has her literary head on at the moment, so join her for some great summer reading, and whatever else takes her fancy. RTL France's Philippe Dova will be coming to you live from Paris at 12:40 today, with more top-line Frenchness. Then, it's 'classical' music day once again. This week, live from Bangkok, Paul Archibald is going to tell us about the earliest truly American symphonies. That is, pieces (including part of the very first American symphony) composed after 1776 by American citizens.
Every weekday afternoon from 12:05 until 2... Only on Radio 3
