    Welcome to the all important (becuase... food!) Thursday, here on The Brew. Right off the bat, some 'Brewed in HK' magic with John Prymmer. John brings you more Hong Kong musical talent, all wrapped up in 25 minutes. At 1:25, Chef Jason Black joins us, live from the Western Cape of South Africa for our weekly cooking class.
