    The largest running event in Hong Kong, the annual Hong Kong Marathon, will be held on 9th February. The total number of places this year continues to be 74,000, which means tens of thousands of local and Haitian runners will participate in this international competition.

      The 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, NGD, and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, NSOG, will be held from December 8th to 15th, conducted in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
      The NGD and NSOG consist of four categories for athletes with physical, intellectual, visual and hearing disability, with a total of 46 sports. Four competition events will be held in Hong Kong.

      Clockenflap, one of Hong Kong’s largest international outdoor music and arts festivals, will once again be staged on the Central Habourfront from 5th to 7th December.
      This year’s Clockenflap brings together hit acts that have gone viral with billions of traffic, including J-pop superstar Vaundy, Indonesian rap star Rich Brian, Passenger, the British independent folk singer-songwriter of 7- billion-stream “Let Her Go”, renowned American singer-songwriter Jeremy Zucker and more.
      For local and Taiwan gems, there are singer-songwriters Panther Chan, Moon Tang and Jace Chan, and Yoga Lin. In addition, influencers JFFT, Lai Ying and Fama will collaborate with different local groups respectively.

      Business of Design Week (BODW); Clockenflap

      The annual Business of Design Week will be held at the Convention and Exhibition Center from 1st to 6th December. Italy is the partner country this year, and the exhibition will explore how Italy creates world-class projects with its deep foundation and momentum in different fields such as art, architecture, fashion and manufacturing.
      This year’s theme is “Curiosity Ignites Design Innovation”. The highlight event is the International Design Summit on December 3rd to 5th, bringing together more than 50 global creative leaders, entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

      Fashion Fest; Business of Design Week (BODW)

      The second Hong Kong Fashion Fest runs from late November to December, with seven flagship events covering haute couture, digital fashion, denim culture, sustainability and more.
      One of the highlights is the digital fashion exhibition, “Play, Pose & Pixel”, held at Airside in Kai Tak. Co-organized by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode and the Hong Kong Design Centre, it’s a crossover with Paris Fashion Week. It explores the future of fashion through augmented reality (AR) experiences.

      Cyclothon; Fashion Fest

      The annual Hong Kong Cyclothon will be back on November 30th. Thousands of cyclists from around the world will set off from Tsim Sha Tsui and travel through roads that are not usually accessible to bicycles, including the three bridges, Tsing Ma, Stonecutters and Ting Kau, as well as four tunnels, Cheung Ching, Nam Wan, Eagle’s Nest and Sha Tin Heights.
      This year’s Cyclothon continues to feature 50km, 32km and family fun ride categories, with a total of 6,000 places. The 32km event also includes the inaugural World University Trophy.

      The annual outdoor concert, Symphony Under the Stars, organized by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, will be held at the Central Harbourfront on November 26th. The concert will be conducted by celebrated composer and conductor Tan Dun, presenting a nature-inspired programme.

      IBF World Championships; Symphony Under the Stars

      The biennial IBF World Championships will take place from November 25th to December 5th at the Kai Tak Sports Park and Queen Elizabeth Stadium. This is the first time that Hong Kong has hosted the men’ and women’s Championships at the same time. A total of 31 countries and regions, with 28 men’s teams and 23 women’s teams, and about 300 athletes will be participating.

      The annual Harbour Race will be held on November 22nd. More than 4,000 swimmers will be making their way from the Wan Chai Golden Bauhinia Square Public Pier to Tsim Sha Tsui Avenue of Stars. The total distance is about 1 kilometer.

      BLAST Premier Hong Kong Rivals; Symphony Under the Stars

      BLAST Premier Hong Kong Rivals is held at the AsiaWorld-Expo Arena from November 14th to 16th. This is the first time that the highest-profile S-Tier Tournament in e-sports has been held in Hong Kong, with a prize pool of 350 thousand US dollars. It’s the first esports competition to be recognized as an “M” Mark large-scale sports event.
      The Hong Kong stop is the last “Counter-Strike 2” tournament of BLAST Premier global circuit this year, bringing together eight elite teams. For are the best teams from the Valve Regional Standings, while the other four are invited from Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
