The Hong Kong Coliseum, for example, will be designated primarily for concerts; while the Sha Tin Town Hall auditorium will be reserved for Cantonese opera performances.
The government said the plan is part of a broader restructuring to make Hong Kong primed for hosting major events.
After the break, we looked at the cruise tourism sector, after StarCruises made a return to Hong Kong with one of its vessel, Star Voyager. The Star Voyager will make Tsim Sha Tsui's Ocean Terminal its homeport until November.
