South Korea's AI law / Elderly friendly banking initiatives / Privacy Commissioner’s Office's 30th Anniversary

    Presenters:Brian Wong and Azam Khan

On Wednesday's programme, we started with a discussion on regulating artificial intelligence development. South Korea recently introduced what it says is the world's first comprehensive set of laws overseeing AI, aimed at strengthening trust and safety in the sector. After the break, we learned about new measures the banking industry is adopting to enhance elderly-friendly services.

And we wrapped-up the show chatting with the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. As the watchdog celebrates its 30th anniversary, we reflected on how it has navigated the digital era to safeguard people's privacy.
