'Brunch' is packed full of radio goodness. We've got human interest stories, social issues, wellness, the latest on what’s happening around Hong Kong, and plenty of your favourite music.
On Monday's programme, after 10am on Brunch, Cruz explores the many faces of resilience with Dr Michael Rivera from the University of Hong Kong. A biological anthropologist, he is also and a mental health ambassador for MindHK, having lived with depression for more than two decades. He’s in the studio to challenge the myths that still surround mental health, and explain why honest conversations are so valuable. After 11am, the application period for Operation Santa Claus 2026 funding has officially closed, with more than a hundred submissions received for the annual charity initiative jointly organised by RTHK and the South China Morning Post. The review process is now underway. AFter 10:30am Alishiba Matloob speaks with Rachel Chow, Nicholas Wong, and Julianna Barcela of SCMP Charities Limited.
