On Tuesday's Brunch (14102025) we are talking about a silent crisis affecting so many of us: burnout. Our intern, Sukrithi Naduviledath, speaks with Dr. Elaine Ching, a clinical psychologist, about recognising the early signs of burnout, how to navigate it, and the vital importance of compassion, both for ourselves and for those around us struggling through it. After 11, we're hearing about the newly established Architecture Programme (which is a UGC-recognised Undergraduate Programme for Architecture aside from HKU, CUHK and City U), at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong with Associate Professor Tris Kee, department of Building and Real Estate at the Polytechnic University.
