On Brunch on Monday 2nd March, we will be talking about rugby, Will Smith and breaking World records. Live in the studio on Brunch today is Richard Parks, former international rugby player turned extreme polar athlete who became the first person in history to Trek both poles in a single year. Richard also holds the World record for the most solo miles ever skied in Antartica, and he’s back from filming a documentary called Pole to Pole with Will Smith which is airing on National Geographic.

Shazia Awan-Scully will be hosting Brunch every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and Cruzanne Macalligan will be with you on Brunch every Thursday and Friday. Today, after 10.30am, Shazia will be talking about winter bugs as we head towards the flu season. She'll be joined in the studio by local GP Dr Jeff Chiu who will give us some tips on building our immunity and keeping the most vulnerable members of our families healthy and flu free this winter.
