    Tanya Chou - The International Massage Championship (China-HK) 2026 / Samantha Fong - Work–life balance

    We start this morning with Radio 3’s Tanya Chou, who recently checked out the International Massage Championship (China-HK) 2026—the first event of its kind in the city.


    After 10:30, mumpreneur Samantha Fong joins us in the studio to tackle some of the biggest myths about working mothers and the never-ending search for work–life balance.

    Later in the program, gemologist Sally Ryder will take us through the latest jewellery trends, from the rise of lab-grown diamonds to what buyers should know before choosing between lab-created and natural stones. Stay tuned after 11am to find out.
