    Clare Pemberton - Techniques to reset and stay calm

    On the show on Wednesday 7th January, after 10.30am, Shazia will be talking about creating a gentler, more sustainable sense of balance through breathing techniques. Clare Pemberton, the founder of Ember Wellness will be in the studio, she has a background in psychotherapy and mental health counselling and she will share some techniques to help us reset and stay calm even in stressful situations.
    After 11.30am, Raphael Blet will be in the studio to talk about the top stories of the day.

From simple nature adventures to creative games that get everyone moving and exploring, there’s plenty to enjoy outdoors this season. Joining her in the studio will be Chris Furnell, founder of The Backyard Gang — a community dedicated to inspiring fun, nature-based outdoor play for kids and families. He’ll be chatting about how to reconnect with nature and bring more outdoor fun into everyday life. Then after 11.30am, Raphael Blet will be in the studio with the top stories of the day from Backchat. Weekdays from 10:00 to 12:00 - Only on Radio 3!
