This week, we explore "Like Water"-the first solo exhibition in East Asia by Frank Bowling, widely recognized as one of the most important living figures in contemporary art. We also visit the Heritage Museum's "Meet Mona Lisa & Portraying the Renaissance" exhibition, which features a virtual encounter with one of the world's most famous paintings - the Mona Lisa. Plus, we find out about art therapy and the importance of creativity for our mental wellbeing.
