Today, he wants to share with you a bit of the high drama of opera. Moving past the usual clichés of people loudly dying of consumption, forbidden love, accidental family marriages, dramatic stabbings, or drinking mysterious potions, he'll be looking at the characters who actually show incredible inner strength in the face of major adversity—which, let's face it, is pretty much standard for opera.
