On Friday's Brunch, just after 10:00am Cruz is joined by Gundeep Singh, Senior Occupational Therapist at the Child Development Centre, to explore how occupational therapy helps children thrive, the lasting impact of the pandemic on early childhood development, and the simple things parents can do to support healthy growth at home. Then after 11am, actress Ines Laimins joins the programme to discuss the rapid rise of China's vertical film industry, how this new storytelling format is reshaping entertainment, and why it's opening exciting opportunities for performers and audiences alike.

On Thursday’s Brunch, just after 10am Cruz is joined by Karen Bongrain from Lumivoce to celebrate the organisation’s 10th anniversary and explore how voice, storytelling and creativity can bring people together across cultures and communities. At 11, we have the first of a new segment, Check-in, with Radio 3’s Alishiba Matloob, talking to two DSE candidates, Majeed Ahmad Raza and Butt Hassan Ahmad about their experience with DSE as they are waiting for their result day. Then at 11:30am, Cruz chats with landscape architect Gavin Coates from The University of Hong Kong about the upcoming Planting Knowledge seminar, and how reconnecting with nature can help address “nature deficit disorder.”
