Recent scientific breakthroughs are allowing researchers to sort fact from fiction. What they’re revealing about food can help us live long and happy lives. This episode dishes up the recent scientific breakthroughs that show the connections between food, disease and our bodies. Scientists around the world studying conditions like Alzheimer’s, diabetes, stroke and depression are coming to the same conclusion; what we eat has a profound effect on our health, happiness and how long we live.
