Treating family and friends to delectable feasts is a traditional virtue of the Chinese people. "Is it not a joyous occasion when friends from afar come to visit?" To enable consuls from various countries to experience the essence of Chinese culture through the palate, and also to showcase the culinary talent of Hong Kong's young elite, the Chinese Culinary Institute has designed a series of special Lunar New Year dishes for a lunch banquet. The guests will also have the opportunity to get some hands-on experience while enjoying the wonderful and diverse aspects of Chinese cuisine.
