長跑俠魯爾來到非洲，津巴布韋正在經歷重大改變，魯爾親身來了解其真實一面。他從首都哈拉雷出發，前往莫桑比克邊界，認識了傳統療法下的女受害者，以及為全非洲所有被迫害的白化病患者而戰的跑手。最後會在穆塔雷參加一場充滿活力的半馬拉松。
Marathon Man - Zimbabwe (I)
Zimbabwe is experiencing some hugh scial change, Raul travels there to witness that. His journey starts from the capital, Harare, then he goes to the border at Mozambique and meets a female victim of traditional healings, an albino patient who fights for their rights, and an organization that educates children about animal preservation. In Mutare, Raul will join the half marathon.

Marathon Man - Zimbabwe (II)
Raul crosses Zimbabwe from east to west, just to run a marathon at the spectacular Victoria Falls. He visits the African savannah where he meets a rhino charmer who fights to keep them away from extiction. Raul immerses himself in some remote villages, and he has a chance to experience the lives of the poor athletes. Among them, there is a boy who only has one leg, but it does not prevent him from actualising his dreams.29/05/2023 -

葡萄牙—里斯本馬拉松「團結跑」
長跑俠魯爾繼續向葡萄牙南部進發，與三位奇人一起參加里斯本馬拉松「團結跑」，包括一位為關注病人權益而跑了超過三千公里的超級跑手、一位年屆七十仍精力充沛的婆婆，還有一位經歷意外後人生徹底改變、自此不斷參加地球上最難賽事的女士。而在里斯本，魯爾則到一位網名「鐵人神父」的治愈系跑手家中作客。
Marathon Man - Portugal (II)
Raul travels to Southern Portugal to participate in a solidarity marathon in Lisbon with three very special runners: an ultra-marathoner who has been running for more than three thousand kilometers for some charity work, a 70-year-old lady who has recovered from an accident and has participated in the most difficult races on the planet since then. Marathon Man - Portugal (I)
Raul travels in Portugal with his caravan. He first goes to the coast and visits some artisanal fishermen. Later on, he runs a trail at the border with Galicia. During his journey, he meets Paulinho, a world champion with Down Syndrome, a postman who found salvation through sports, and some devoted runners who contribute their time to be volunteer firefighters.08/05/2023 -

長跑俠穿過邊境，一睹巴勒斯坦的城市真貌，再到聖城伯利恆與超過五千名跑手參加一場熱辣辣的馬拉松。為了備戰，魯爾找來一位年輕的奧運新星一起操練，又結識了史上第一位代表巴勒斯坦出戰奧運的女運動員，更向年屆七十的素食運動員請教。
Marathon Man - Palestine
Maraton Man crosses the border to Palestine, and learns about the reality of the Palestinian people. He is going to the Biblical Bethlehem. There will be a marathon with more than 5,000 runners.
Along the way, he meets the first woman who represents Palestine at the Olympics and also a 70-year-old vegetarian athlete who claims to be the first Palestinian runner.01/05/2023 -
以色列—從耶路撒冷到內蓋夫沙漠
耶路撒冷─穆斯林、猶太教徒和天主教徒都把它視為聖城；這裡多年來都有舉辦大型馬拉松，跑手多達三萬以上，如此盛事長跑俠當然不會錯過。在這個引人入勝和錯綜複雜的城市，魯爾與幾位運動員見面，了解在局勢長期緊張的國家居住是何滋味。他又深入沙漠，拜訪現年八十歲的前奧運代表兼納粹大屠殺倖存者索爾．拉達尼，更獲前輩親身指導，參加了一場沙漠競步賽。
Marathon Man - Israel
Jerusalem, a holy city for Muslims, Jews and Catholics, convenes a macro marathon with more than 30,000 runners every year. Maraton Man is not going to miss this. Raúl enjoys running in this fascinating and complex city with some athletes.
Later, he travels to the desert to meet Shaul Ladany, an 80-year-old Olympic athlete and survivor of the holocaust. Shaul will be Rual’s mentor to enter a new challenge: a race walking through the desert.24/04/2023 -
泰國象島—高難度森林跑徑
繼續泰國之旅，長跑俠南下來到曼谷，穿梭在摩天大廈、寺廟和八百萬市民之間，認識了幾位熱愛越野跑的跑手，更找來一位非一般跑手來充當導遊，感受曼谷生活的自由自在。然後他起行去象島，迎戰一條深埋在密林中的跑徑，並在百分之90的濕度下作賽。
Marathon Man - Koh Chang, Thailand
Marathon Man continues his journey in Thailand. He goes south to Bangkok: among its skyscrapers, temples and more than 8 million inhabitants, Raul meets some special runners and is inspired from them. They are able to live freely in this city. Later, he travels to Koh Chang with them to join a race in the natural Thai jungle with 90% humidity.17/04/2023
