On Tuesday's programme, we'll look at the launch of 8,300 Home Ownership Scheme flats in the second quarter of 2026. The five HOS estates are located in Kai Tak, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung, Ping Shan and Kam Tin. The flats will range from a little under 300 to 560 square feet in size and will cost between HK$1.5 million and HK$4.8 million.
After that, we'll switch our focus to Kai Tak Sports Park as the 50,000-seat stadium has been ranked the world's No 3 in ticket sales in 2025, just nine months following its debut.
