On Monday's 123 Show, we'll hear about the Harmony Show Hong Kong, a fashion event that aims to highlight refugees and ethnic minority artists. The show was founded by two people who are refugees themselves, Innocent Mutanga and Anne-Marie Butundu Ilunga, and they join us at 1.30. After 2, fitness coach Nathan Solia talks about why keeping in shape now is more popular than it was in the past. Finally after 2.30, on this week's Trash Talk, Marcy Trent Long chats to Angel Or and Jamie Wei from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology student-initiated team "REMAKE", about how to avoid creating electronic waste by giving your electronics a second life.
On Wednesday's 123 Show, we hear about the Justice Centre Hong Kong's Human Rights Arts Prize. Winners Sophie Cheung, Siu Wai-hang, and Ophelia Jacarini, along with legal officer Lynette Nam join us at 1.30. After 2, we talk to Dr Joyce Samoutou-Wong, who tells us about her journey from Hong Kong to Congo, and how she founded New Sight Eye Care, a pioneering eye surgical centre based in The Republic of Congo. After 2.30, there's more on the City Chamber Orchestra's annual concert, The Snowman & The Bear, with conductor Colin Touchin. And after 2.50, we find out about the Chicken Soup Foundation, one of the 13 beneficiaries of this year's Operation Santa Claus.
