On the 123 Show today, Saadia Usmani’s guest after 1.30 is Maheen Haider, a young woman who's passionate about cricket. She’s been playing since the age of seven and spent much of her childhood on the fields of Kowloon Cricket Club. She’s now 21 and has participated in the Domestic and Premier League and the Hong Kong National League…and she’s determined to keep slogging away...
After 2 pm we have a special musical tribute to the Bee Gees, as it was on this day in history in 2004 that the Bee Gees were made Commanders of the Order of the British Empire by Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace.
And then after 2.30 we unwind and relax before the weekend as Victor Kumar gives us another one of his short meditative yoga sessions. This week VK Vibes focuses on the "Act of Acceptance".
