"The 1 2 3 Show", on Radio 3.
On Friday's 123 Show we're talking about learning Cantonese for students from non-Chinese speaking families. We're joined at 1.30 by Viveik Saigal, the co-founder of HamBaangLaang, which is a community initiative that explores Hong Kong, Cantonese and Asian cultures by storytelling and activities in Cantonese; and Manoj Dhar, the Co-founder and CEO of Integrated Brilliant Education, a local charity that aims to educate and empower students from underprivileged non-Chinese speaking (NCS) communities.
After 2 we're chatting with 'Chewsday' reporter Andrew Dembina for the very last time on the 123 Show, about more global and local food news. We're wrapping up after nine years of the 123 Show today, but don't forget to tune in next Monday, September 5th at 9.30 for "Brunch with Noreen." Joy geen! (Goodbye... for a couple of days, anyway).

On the 123 Show today, after 1.30pm naturopath Philip Watkins joins Saadia Usmani for his final, "Feel Good Friday" health talk. Today Philip focuses on recent research into the use of probiotics for the brain and mental health.
After 2pm we have our Friday musical montage of three back-to-back tracks. Today we feature the music of Fleetwood Mac, as it was on this day in 1947 that Mick Fleetwood, the British rock drummer, was born in Cornwall, England.
And after 2.30, wind down for the weekend with Victor Kumar, with VK Vibes. This week his short meditative session encourages you to "live in the moment"
