It’s Thursday on Morning Brew. At 10.10, undoubtedly, Steve Vines asks whether or not Hong Kong has finally turned that “one country” corner that commentators across the world have been predicting for some time now. Join him with your emails if you have something to say this morning. At 11.10 we turn our attention to Intimacy of Creativity. Once again some of the world’s great musicians come to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to share and perform, and we’ll meet a few of them over the next week. Today, distinguished American composer David Serkin Ludwig joins us. After 11.30 our vet Dr. David Gething returns to talk about how dogs improve YOUR health. At 12.10 our weekly wine whine with Maestro JC Viens. Finally, at 12.40 we welcome back our man JUNK! for some live Thursday music making. Join us on Facebook Live.
Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. To celebrate the first day of summer we welcome the sunniest chef in the business at 10.10, the pastry faced R.j. Asher. Today he brings along special guest Chefs Marcin Kowalski, Josh Carr, and...a huge tiger tattoo (MLC much?). After 12, we’re off to the movies with reviewer James Marsh, who'll be discussing Hotel Artemis, and Based on a True Story. Join us on Facebook Live throughout.
