Tin Shui Wai has always been deemed a sorrowful place. The distressing stories have cloaked young residents there in grey. The fact is, a lot of ethnic minorities live in Tin Shui Wai, with their younger generations born and raised there. They have their dreams and plans for the future. The programme is to give them a voice, to wash off the grey, to unlock the siege of sorrow.
