nternational Rostrum of Composer 2023

The 69th ‘International Rostrum of Composers’, held in The Hague, the Netherlands in mid-May this year, delegated Hong Kong composer Luk Wai-chun to listen to 41 pieces of music from 22 countries or regions, including two compositions from Hong Kong ─ Matthew Lau’s In Extremis and Rita Yung’s Innerlogue. Programme host Shing Chun-hay and Wai-chun will present highlighted works including recommended compositions and the three highest scoring pieces of music. French composer Othman Louati’s Nuits, a piece that seeks the light at the bottom of the well; The Card Players from Slovenian composer Matic Romih; and Jubelhemd from Swedish composer Lisa Streich. Both were inspired by Baroque and 20th Century visual art works respectively.

國際作曲家交流會議 2023

第六十九屆「國際作曲家交流會議」今年5月中於荷蘭海牙舉行，作曲家陸尉俊代表香港參加今次會議。他聆聽了來自二十二個國家或地區的四十一首創作，其中兩首是香港的作品，有林俊熹的《In Extremis》及翁聲雅的《Innerlogue》。主持成俊曦與陸尉俊會為大家送上精選作品，包括多首推薦創作及最高分數的三首佳作，有來自法國盧亞堤之「夜」，他希望透過作品能夠在井底尋找光明；而來自斯洛文尼亞的羅美治之《紙牌玩家》及瑞典的絲泰治之《歡呼的裇衫》分別受巴羅克及二十世紀平面視覺藝術啓發而創作。
